Heart Breaks and the Journey Beyond
I have recently experienced heart break, which has distorted my experience of life in very deep and crucial ways. As much as I feel sad and grief in these moments, somewhere deep inside I know it is all happening for the best; and I can only surrender to this feeling.

My dreams have collapsed, so much energy and effort gone to waste, loss of love can feel very disappointing - especially when it was coming from a very deep space.
Even though all this is happening, somehow I see the Light in all this.
Sometimes in relationships, we allow attachments and expectations to fill up in between; and when we don't communicate on these levels and work it out - we can create a gap in the bond where a disconnected feeling, suffering and lack of empathy takes over. If we aren't careful, it can create lovers to turn into haters. When any relationship turns into these levels, it becomes extremely toxic and unfortunately, the suffering expands while the compassion and understanding is tossed out of the window.
This is similar to what I am experiencing right now. And somehow, it's all good. The practice of the Falun Dafa, which I have been practicing for 15 years now, teaches that the only way we grow and evolve in life is to face hardships with overcome them through our sadhaha (self/spiritual practice). We can look at it as a purifying process; discovering the light through the darkness.
Although a lot of dreams have collapsed, somewhere it is giving me the opportunity to look within and check all the areas where I lacked in this relationship. Where have I not been conscious and aware - and taking responsibility for that is the ground I will begin to work towards healing, bettering and working on myself. This is where I can use the hardship as a catalyst to alchemise myself and make me a better version in the time to come. Once this process is complete and I feel whole again, I know my dreams will come back in a new and inspired way - with more clear direction, power and vigour.
The loss of love is also resulting in the lightness of spirit. I'm feeling more detached and free than I've ever felt before - and this is inspiring me on many levels. It's not about looking back and wishing things were as they were; it's more about looking forward and taking the lessons that I need to become a better version of myself, recognising how I must once again stand strong on my own feet, build my roots alone and slowly, slowly elevate my spirit.
I am open to the Universe to guide me in these moments to create a better tomorrow and I pray you find inspiration and healing through this blog, if you are going through something similar.
Much compassion and healing love to me, to you and all the world.
Hari Om Tat Sat.
